Shirley L. Hudson was born into a Christian home, where both parents set a consistent, Godly example. After graduation from high school, she attended Bible College where she met her husband, Henry. After marriage, they worked together for the furtherance of the gospel in various European countries. Upon returning to the United States, she pursued further education earning both her bachelor and master’s degrees. After her children entered school, she taught in the public schools until retirement. Her educational background, her experiences as the wife of a missionary, and pastor, plus her life as a teacher and mother of three children provide a comprehensive repository from which she can draw in order to provide counsel and encouragement, particularly to women in full-time Christian service. |
